Jonathan Compton

Jonathan Compton is a skilled information technology professional with extensive experience in system administration and cybersecurity. Currently serving as a System Administrator at Fidelity Technologies Corporation since February 2022, Compton focuses on information assurance and vulnerability management. Previously, Compton held the role of Information System Security Officer at the Navy Operational Support Center, managing cybersecurity policies for 600 reserve personnel across multiple units. Prior military service includes being an Information Systems Security Officer on the USS Farragut DDG-99 and leading a Cyber Incident Handling Team at the Navy Cyber Defense Operations Command. Compton holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Networks and Cyber Security from the University of Maryland Global Campus, completing studies in December 2022.
