Ajay Gogna

Ajay Gogna is currently the Vice President and Associate General Counsel at Fidelity Investments, a position they have held since 2023, following their tenure as Senior Legal Counsel from 2019 to 2023. Previously, they worked as an Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Associate at Littler Mendelson and Day Pitney LLP. Before entering in-house counsel roles, Ajay served as a National Tax Associate at CohnReznick LLP, where they drafted client memos and developed training materials for tax consulting projects. Ajay earned their Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Seton Hall University School of Law and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Georgetown University Law Center, specializing in Tax Law. They also have a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Drexel University.
