Allison Wilson

Allison Wilson is an accomplished human resources leader with extensive experience in talent acquisition and management. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Fidelity Investments since October 2011, Allison oversees HR initiatives for the Asset Management shared service organizations, including Technology, Finance, and Compliance/Risk & Business Operations. Prior to this role, Allison held various positions at Heidrick & Struggles from January 2008 to September 2011, culminating as Vice President and Talent Acquisition Account Manager, and previously served as a Senior Associate. Earlier in career, Allison worked at Fidelity Investments as Manager of Investment Recruiting from May 2005 to January 2008. Allison holds an MBA in Management from Clark University and a BA in Art History from Trinity College-Hartford.
