Andrea Jung is an accomplished Employee Relations Leader with extensive experience primarily at Fidelity Investments, where they served as Vice President of Employee Relations and Human Resources from 2004 to 2021. In these roles, Andrea managed a team of 16 Investigation Directors, led workplace culture initiatives, and provided strategic HR guidance to senior management.
