Wanda L. Stokes

Wanda L. Stokes is the AVP of Human Resources & Administration at the American Cleaning Institute. Wanda has been with the company since January 2003, and in their current role, they are responsible for leading the Institute's administrative staff, developing and implementing policies and procedures, facilitating resolution of employee relations matters, creating and administering benefit plans, developing and implementing plans to enhance employee engagement and reduce turnover, and managing the department annual budget. Prior to their current role, they served as the Director of HR & Administration, where they partnered with executives to develop strategic plans for talent acquisition and employee engagement.

Wanda L. Stokes has a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a BS in Information Technology from Strayer University-Maryland. Wanda has also received certification from the American Red Cross in CPR/AED/First Aid.
