Ann Moore

Ann Moore is a seasoned human resources executive with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Fidelity Investments since September 2024, Ann collaborates with senior leaders to implement HR and talent management strategies within the CFO/Finance sector. Prior roles include Vice President of Employee Engagement and Chief Human Resources Officer at USI Insurance Services, where Ann provided leadership in employee engagement initiatives and HR strategies. Ann's earlier experience includes positions at Mercer as US HR Leader and HR Partner, and at Putnam Investments as a Senior Human Resources Representative. Ann holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, earned in 1997.
