Anuradha K has over 20 years of experience in data science, analytics, and software development, holding key positions across various esteemed organizations. Anuradha began a career as a Lead Software Developer and later took on roles as Technical Lead and Solution Project Manager at Tata Consultancy Services from September 2000 to January 2007. Anuradha then transitioned to IBM, serving as Data Scientist, Analytics Tech Lead, and Solution Project Manager from March 2008 to June 2017. Following this, Anuradha worked at Accenture as Technical Architecture Delivery Manager - Artificial Intelligence from June 2017 to February 2019 and at Ericsson as Senior Data Scientist from February 2019 to December 2020. Anuradha held the position of Program Head of Data Science at eClerx from October 2020 to October 2021, before becoming Director of Data Science & Data Analytics at Falabella until September 2022. Currently, Anuradha is the Director of Data Science and Analytics at Fidelity Investments, starting in September 2022. Anuradha earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Madras between 1996 and 2000.
