Brendan Coughlin

Brendan Coughlin, CFA, is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in private equity and corporate governance. Since January 2007, Brendan has served as Managing Director at Fidelity Investments, leading the private equity arm, Devonshire Investments, in managing a diverse portfolio. Additionally, Brendan holds multiple board positions across various private companies, including roles at the Private Royalty Company, Private Royalty Acquisition Company, Private Carbon Management Company, Private Manufacturing Company, and Private Industrial Company. Prior experience includes a directorial role in finance and business development at OneBeacon Insurance and an associate position at Mainspring, which was acquired by IBM. Brendan's early career included financial analysis and consulting at Deloitte, as well as managing a leadership fellowship program in New York City. Academic credentials feature a Bachelor of Arts from Wesleyan University and an MBA in Finance from Yale School of Management.
