Cat Flynn

Cat Flynn, EdD, is a learning scientist and product leader with extensive experience in designing scalable, data-informed learning systems. They currently serve as a Senior Manager in Learning Solution Product Management at Fidelity Investments, where they lead the end-to-end lifecycle management of learning solutions while leveraging adult learning principles and data analytics. Previously, they held positions such as Learning Scientist at ETS and Director of Learning Science at Southern New Hampshire University, where they drove research initiatives and AI-enabled assessment innovations. Cat's commitment to enhancing educational experiences is evident in their past contributions to the development of accessible educational media and a Google.org-funded pilot project that certified youth in employability skills. They are pursuing a Doctor of Education degree at Johns Hopkins University.
