Durai Murugesan is a seasoned data management and change management leader with over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. Currently serving as the Global Head of Data Quality Practice at Fidelity Investments, Durai leads the establishment of a Data Quality function across multiple divisions. Previously, Durai held significant roles at renowned institutions such as JP Morgan Chase, Credit Suisse, and Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where they implemented data strategies and managed regulatory compliance initiatives. Durai holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical from PSG College of Technology.
