Dylan Kelly is a seasoned professional in software development and project management with a strong focus on Agile methodologies. Currently serving as a Senior Scrum Master at Fidelity Investments, Dylan has extensive experience in leading software development teams across various companies, including Zinkworks and Citi, where efforts concentrated on application modernization and agile transformation. Prior experience at Oneview Healthcare involved creating Care Experience Platforms for leading hospitals globally, while earlier roles included work as a Senior Software Developer and Scrum Master at Web Summit, and founding a web development business. Dylan holds a BSc (Honours) in Multimedia Programming from Dún Laoghaire Institute of Art, Design and Technology.
