Enda Roche

Enda Roche is a seasoned risk management professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within financial services. Currently serving as the Head of Risk at Fidelity Digital Assets in Ireland since February 2025, Enda previously held the position of Chief Risk Officer at Fidelity International from January 2017 to December 2024. Prior roles include Chief Risk Officer Executive at Prudential plc, Chief Risk Officer at Dell Bank International Limited, and Chief Risk Officer at U.S. Bancorp Europe. Enda also contributed to the risk management field as a Steering Committee Member for PRMIA and has a strong academic background with qualifications from Chartered Accountants Ireland, Independent College, and University College Dublin.
