Frank D'Ercole

Frank D'Ercole, MBA, PMP, is the Vice President of Customer Solutions at Fidelity Investments. With extensive experience in project management, they held leadership roles at Fidelity from 2006 to the present, including Director of Program Management and Vice President of Solution Delivery. Prior to that, Frank was a Project Management Consultant at CIBER from 1999 to 2006 and worked as a Project Manager at Hills Department Stores from 1988 to 1999. Frank earned both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Business Administration from Bryant College.
