Alex joined Manitoba Hydro as Vice-President, Customer Solutions & Experience in September 2020.

Alex is a proven people and customer experience leader having spent 20 years in the financial services industry in customer-facing, support, strategy, and transformation delivery roles across Canada and the northeastern United States. Prior to joining Manitoba Hydro, Alex recently concluded an assignment as Associate Vice President, Customer Confidence at TD Bank, where he was responsible for defining and delivering on new ways to enhance the customer experience and improve financial advice for Canadian Personal Banking. He was previously a District Vice President who led a team of 20 retail branches in Burnaby and Coquitlam, B.C., as well as the Associate Vice President for the Pacific Region Support Office for B.C. and Yukon.

Alex holds a bachelor of arts (honours) from the University of Western Ontario and a master’s degree in business administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business, University of Western Ontario.
