Gary Prado

Gary Prado is Senior Legal Counsel at Fidelity Investments, where they serve as chief counsel for the company's private equity business, Devonshire Investors. Previously, Gary was a corporate associate at Ropes & Gray, focusing on private equity transactions, and they also clerked for Chief Justice Paul A. Suttell of the Rhode Island Supreme Court and Judge Joseph A. Greenaway, Jr. of the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. Gary holds a J.D. from Suffolk University Law School and an MBA from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth. In addition to their legal practice, Gary actively contributes to various boards, including The Conservatory Lab Charter School and The Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.
