Gerry Capone

Gerry Capone is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in artificial intelligence and software architecture. Currently serving as VP, AI Solutions Architect, Dev Manager, and Tech Product Owner at Fidelity Investments since June 2014, Gerry leads the development and integration of AI solutions to enhance call center efficiency. Previously held roles at Fidelity include Director of Cognitive Computing Team Lead and Director of Cognitive Computing Architect, focusing on chatbot platforms and cloud migration. Prior to Fidelity, Gerry worked at State Street in various VP roles, including Software Architect and Application Development Manager, where significant contributions included adopting open-source platforms and managing complex trading applications. Gerry began a career in technology at Fidelity in 1996 as a Consulting Software Engineer, driving innovations in equity trading systems. Gerry holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Northeastern University.
