Itzel Delgado

Itzel Delgado is a Senior Program Manager for Social Impact at Fidelity Investments, where they lead the Fidelity Scholars Mentorship Program and spearhead outreach efforts in the Latino/Hispanic community. Previously, they served as the Senior Manager of Community Relations at Fidelity and were a Community Investments Specialist at Loomis, Sayles & Company, where they co-founded the first multicultural employee resource group, MOSAIC. Itzel also worked as a Match Support Coordinator for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Massachusetts Bay. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Psychology at the University of Arizona.
