Kate Kleyman

Kate Kleyman is an experienced professional specializing in diversity and inclusion initiatives, currently serving as Senior Social Impact Program Manager and Vendor Diversity Program Manager at McKinstry since August 2021. Prior to this role, Kate worked at Guggenheim Partners for over eight years as Vice President of Diversity and Inclusion and Supplier Diversity, where responsibilities included managing diversity programming, coordinating firm-wide events, enhancing recruitment strategies, and overseeing the Supplier Diversity program.
