James Brauch

James Brauch has over 16 years of experience in the financial services industry, currently serving as Director and Onboarding Leader at Fidelity Investments since April 2012. Throughout their tenure at Fidelity, James has held various leadership roles including Senior Manager, Onboarding Team Leader, and Client Services Team Leader, demonstrating a strong focus on client onboarding and service. Prior to joining Fidelity, James worked at Citi as an Adjunct Facilitator from May 2007 to April 2012. James holds a degree from Northern Kentucky University, earned between 2005 and 2009.
