James Gardiner has over three decades of experience in the financial services industry, primarily at Fidelity Investments since 1994, where James currently serves as Senior Director of Compliance. In this role, James analyzes complex regulatory requirements and collaborates with various business units to ensure compliance. James has also managed vendor risk management programs and oversaw operations for the Fidelity Life Insurance business unit. Prior to Fidelity, James gained retail management experience at Filene's. Academic qualifications include a BA in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Providence College and an MBA from Thomas More University, complemented by additional certifications from the Cannon Financial Institute, FINRA, and Scrum Alliance.
