Mark Hewitt is the Director of Compliance Training, Communications & Outreach at EXL, where they lead the design and execution of comprehensive compliance programs to foster a Culture of Integrity and ensure adherence to legal and ethical standards. With 17 years of global experience across diverse regions, they have a strong background in regulatory compliance and strategic change management. Before joining EXL in 2025, Hewitt directed PwC’s Ethics & Compliance Training and Communications team and supported global financial services clients in the Advisory practice. Additionally, they served as an Assistant Psychologist at NHS Scotland from 2005 to 2007. Mark holds a Master of Arts in Psychology from the University of St Andrews.
