James P. Boland -

James P. Boland, SPHR, is an experienced human resources professional based in Boston, Massachusetts. They served as VP of Human Resources at Fidelity Investments from 2013 to 2023, with roles spanning multiple regions, including leadership positions in Ireland and several US states. Prior to that, Boland held various HR roles at Price Waterhouse from 1977 to 1993, culminating in the position of Director for International Assignment Tax Services. They earned an A.B. in History/General Studies from Harvard University in 1977.
