Jaywardhan Sawale

Jaywardhan Sawale is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and technology management. Currently serving as Director of Engineering at Fidelity Investments since August 2024 and previously held the same title at xalts, a financial infrastructure platform, from July 2023 to July 2024. Prior to that, Jaywardhan was Chief Technology Officer and Principal Engineer at KoineArth from July 2017 to April 2023. Other significant roles include Data Scientist at the International School of Engineering (INSOFE), Technical Lead at Polycom, and Senior Technical Associate at Avaya. Jaywardhan holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Warangal, earned between 2005 and 2009.
