Kelle Thompson

Kelle Thompson currently serves as Vice President of Human Capital Consulting at Fidelity Investments since December 2024 and holds positions as a Chief Member at Chief and Advisory Board Member at INTOO USA. Previously, Kelle was the Head of Talent Acquisition Brand, Operations and Onboarding at MassMutual from August 2019 to December 2024, leading initiatives to enhance the company's talent brand and recruitment processes. Additionally, Kelle has served as Board Chair of the Talent Marketing Board since June 2018 and held various leadership roles at Fidelity Investments, including Vice President for Talent Marketing & Innovation and Director of Recruitment Strategy. Kelle's experience also includes significant roles at Liberty Mutual Group and Deutsche Post World Net, focusing on recruitment marketing, employer branding, and corporate talent management.
