Kelly Kavanagh

Kelly Kavanagh possesses extensive experience in asset management and financial services, currently serving at Fidelity Investments since November 2018 in various leadership roles, including Head of Fidelity Academy and Head of Investor Center Operations. Prior experience includes heading Learning and Development at TD from June 2016 to October 2017 and holding multiple senior positions at Citi from 2012 to 2016, such as Head of Marketing for North America at Citi Private Bank. Earlier roles include work at Sun Life in the Retirement Income Solutions Strategy Team and various positions at Fidelity Investments from 2004 to 2010, focusing on high-net-worth segment leadership and marketing. Kavanagh began a career at Allmerica Financial Corporation as Branch Managing Director from 1993 to 2004. Kavanagh holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the College of the Holy Cross.
