Kenya Rodgers

Kenya Rodgers is the Vice President of Human Resources at Fidelity Investments, bringing over twenty years of experience in Human Resources and Communications. Previously, Kenya held various roles, including Human Resources Business Partner at National Semiconductor and several positions at Lockheed Martin, where strategic support was provided to Aeronautics' business units. Kenya also contributed to Nokia as an HR Manager and Communications Manager, managing internal communications and supporting mergers and acquisitions. Kenya's educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from the University of Missouri-Columbia and an MBA in Human Resources from The University of Dallas.
