Kevin Groom is a seasoned professional in the technology and finance sectors, with extensive experience in customer service, network management, and project management. Kevin's career includes roles at Alorica as a Customer Service Representative, and at Fidelity Investments, where responsibilities spanned Retirement Brokerage Services and financial consulting. Prior experience at AT&T involved serving as a Senior Network Manager and Transition Project Manager, overseeing significant client projects and network architecture for major corporations. As a Senior Network Architect at Ontario Systems, Kevin facilitated the migration of customer connectivity to AWS.
