Lili Ouyang

Lili Ouyang currently serves as Vice President of Strategy & Operations for the Fidelity Insurance Group and has held the role of Senior Director within Fidelity Consulting since July 2019, where responsibilities include addressing significant business challenges for senior leadership. Previous experience includes a directorship in Fidelity Consulting, alongside an MBA candidacy at Harvard Business School. Prior roles included Management Consultant Intern at Fidelity Investments and various engineering positions at Qualcomm, culminating as Staff Engineer/Manager. Lili Ouyang's educational background includes an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Engineering from Nanyang Technological University Singapore, supplemented by studies at the University of Strathclyde and Université de Technologie de Troyes.
