Linda Hill

Linda Hill is a retired Vice President who led Talent Acquisition Strategic Solutions at Fidelity Investments. With extensive experience in strategic recruiting, HR, organizational design, and project management, Linda managed high-performing teams and oversaw the implementation of large-scale global recruiting technologies such as Workday and Taleo. Prior to Fidelity, Linda held positions as a Senior Human Resource Generalist at Putnam Investments and a Senior Staffing Consultant at State Street Bank & Trust. Linda is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management at Northeastern University.
