Lionel Harris

Lionel Harris is a seasoned investment professional with extensive experience at Fidelity Investments since June 1995, where Lionel currently serves as Chief Investment Officer and Strategic Advisor. In these roles, Lionel has been instrumental in advancing diversity and inclusion initiatives and has participated on several corporate boards, including Southeastern Grocers and Geode Capital Management. Prior positions at Fidelity include managing small-cap mutual funds and leading investment research teams, with a focus on high-yield bonds and small-cap equities, overseeing significant assets under management. Additionally, Lionel has served as Chairman at Geode Capital Management and held a leadership role at Southeastern Grocers. Educated at Dartmouth College and The Wharton School, Lionel holds degrees in Economics and an MBA in Finance and Investments.
