Lucie Drozd

Lucie Drozd is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in workplace investing and benefits management. Currently serving as Director of Workplace Investing Communications and Director of Workplace Investing Strategy & Business Engagement at Fidelity Investments since November 2017, Lucie has held various roles within the company, focusing on workplace consulting. Prior to Fidelity, Lucie managed US benefits strategy at PATH, driving comprehensive wellness programs and vendor management initiatives. Additional experience includes providing administrative and research support at the Marine Conservation Institute and working as an intern for the Whale and Dolphin Conservation Society. Lucie holds an MBA from Loyola University Chicago and a BA in Biological Sciences from Wellesley College.
