Michael Lambert is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in digital analytics, project management, and technology integration. Currently serving as Director of Digital Analytics & Targeting Ecosystem at Fidelity Investments since February 2019, Lambert partners with Agile teams to enhance digital customer experiences through rapid analytics implementations and self-service capabilities. Previously, Lambert held roles at Liberty Mutual Insurance as a Scrum Master and IT Project Manager, overseeing Web Analytics for US Consumer Markets. Lambert's earlier tenure at Fidelity Investments included various project management positions, where responsibilities ranged from managing technology integration projects to leading infrastructure implementations and Y2K readiness initiatives. Lambert holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering & Operations Research from Syracuse University, a Master of Science in Mathematics from Boston College, and a Project Management Certificate from Boston University’s Corporate Education Center.
