Micheline Smith

Micheline Smith, PMP, has extensive experience in project management and quality assurance, currently serving as Director, QA Chapter Lead, and Director of Client Validation Testing at Fidelity Investments since December 2000. With a proven track record in managing large-scale projects, Micheline has guided over 100 technical resources across multiple countries, and has held various roles including Senior Project Manager and Systems Analyst. Responsibilities have included IT project management within security services, development team leadership through the project life cycle, and acting as Scrum Master for Agile projects. Prior to Fidelity, Micheline worked at Putnam Investments as a Project Administrator focusing on Year 2000 system preparedness. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Financial Management from the University of Massachusetts at Lowell.
