Mustafa Ersen Ergun is an experienced product and delivery leader with over eight years in strategic planning, product, and program management. Currently serving as an Agile Coach at Fidelity Investments since 2022, Mustafa has also held roles as a Software Engineer and Sr Scrum Master within the same company. Prior to this, Mustafa was an active member of the Student Council of Turkey and served as Student Council President at Istanbul University, where they represented over 85,000 students. Mustafa holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Finance from Istanbul University and a Master of Management in Information Technology from Cambridge College.
