Nagaraj Pudukotai has extensive experience in mainframe performance management and engineering, currently serving as Director of Mainframe CICS and MQ Performance at Fidelity Investments since September 2021. Prior roles include Lead Consultant at Atos India, focusing on z/OS system performance and capacity planning, and Engineer at J.P. Morgan, where proactive application performance tuning was undertaken. Nagaraj's career began at Wipro Technologies and includes significant contributions at IBM India Pvt. Ltd. as a Senior z/OS Systems Programmer, as well as leading mainframe application performance tuning practices at Satyam Computer Services. Nagaraj holds an M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, and a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University.
