Nalini Motha

Nalini Motha is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in digital transformation and quality assurance. Currently serving as Vice President of Digital Experience and Cloud Enablement CoE at Fidelity Investments since December 2011, Nalini drives modernization initiatives to enhance technology infrastructure and create seamless digital experiences across various channels. Previous roles at Fidelity include Director of the Center of Excellence for Process Automation and Director of Quality Assurance and Software Security, where Nalini focused on digitization and automation strategies. Additional experience includes positions at Peoplefluent, Blackbaud, Boxcar Central IMS, and Wipro Technologies. Nalini holds a Master of Computer Applications degree from Thiagarajar College of Engineering.
