Natalie Gardner

Natalie Gardner is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and management roles. They served as Recreation Director and Assistant Recreation Director/Programs Coordinator at the City of Covington from 2008 to 2012, followed by their role as Programs and Strategic Projects Manager from 2012 to 2015. In 2017, Natalie held the position of Managing Director at Fidelity Investments. They earned a B.A. in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources and Management, graduating summa cum laude from Thomas More University, and later obtained a Master's degree in Executive Leadership and Organizational Change from Northern Kentucky University, where they achieved a perfect 4.0 GPA.
