Rahul Sarkar

Rahul Sarkar has over 17 years of experience in talent management and learning development, having served in various leadership roles at Fidelity Investments from May 2019 to January 2023, including Director of Talent Management and Director of Talent Development. Prior to that, Rahul held the position of Global Learning & Development Manager at Thomson Reuters for nearly a decade, and worked as Senior Associate Client Training at Convergys and Senior Trainer at HSBC. In terms of education, Rahul obtained an Advanced Diploma in NLP Coaching from the Central Institute of English and Foreign Languages in 2018 and completed an M Phil in Phonetics from the same institution in 2004.
