Richard Arms

Richard Arms, CFA, is currently the Director of Loan Agency Operations at Fidelity Investments, where they oversee loan operations. They previously held various roles at Fidelity, including Senior Analyst and Analyst in Loan Operations and Bank Debt, focusing on Direct Lending and facilitating settlements. Earlier, Richard completed an Administrative Internship at the University of Massachusetts Medical School and gained experience in customer relationship management and investment solutions. They earned their high school diploma from St. Sebastian's School and a degree from Bowdoin College.
