Rose (DeTorre) Palmer, MBA, is a seasoned service delivery leader with extensive experience in business management, project management, and revenue generation. They have held key roles at various organizations, including Vice President at Fidelity Investments, where they direct outsourcing services and enhance operational effectiveness. Rose previously served as an Implementation Director at Alight Solutions and held multiple management positions at Aon Hewitt and CNA Insurance. They hold dual Bachelor’s degrees in Marketing and Management Information Systems from the University of Central Florida, as well as a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
