Ross Connell

Ross Connell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in asset management and client relationship management across prominent financial institutions. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Managing Director at Fidelity Investments since May 2022, Ross leads the execution of the firm’s 40 Act business strategy. Prior roles include Senior Vice President at Brown Brothers Harriman, where responsibilities centered on product management and business development, and Vice President at State Street, where Ross managed global client strategies for major asset managers and oversaw significant operational initiatives. Ross has also held various project management positions across Europe, including in Dublin, Milan, and Edinburgh, contributing to successful mergers, process improvements, and fund accounting. Academic credentials include a TRIUM Global Executive MBA and a BSc Hons in Business Studies & Sports Science from The Manchester Metropolitan University.
