Saurabh Pradhan is a seasoned software engineering professional with over two decades of experience in the field. Currently serving as the Group Chapter Lead and Vice President of Software Engineering at Fidelity Investments since October 2012, Saurabh manages a team of 70 software engineers, focusing on revenue growth and client experience enhancement. Previous roles include Director of Software Engineering, Principal Engineer, and Senior Software Engineer at Fidelity Investments, along with significant contributions as a Technical Architect at iTek Solutions, where Saurabh provided technical leadership for global projects. Early career positions include Technical Lead roles at Mastek Ltd and HCL Technologies, and a Senior Software Engineer role at Software Elements Pvt. Ltd. Saurabh holds an Advanced Diploma in Computers from the Centre for Development and Advanced Computing and an Engineering Diploma in Chemical from the University of Mumbai.
