Shannon Stellato

Shannon Stellato is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in IT strategy, planning, and product enablement at Fidelity Investments since May 2012. Currently serving as the Head of IT Strategy, Planning and Product Enablement for Enterprise Infrastructure & Operations, Shannon has driven initiatives to implement a digital operating model that enhances customer experiences. Prior roles include Vice President of Integration and Change Enablement, where leadership focused on digital capabilities, and overseeing corporate technology solutions as Head of IT Strategy and Planning. Shannon's background includes leadership positions at CBRE, Global Graffiti, Hewlett-Packard, and LyondellBasell Industries, showcasing a proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver complex technology solutions. Shannon holds an MBA in Finance from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University and a BBA in Finance and International Business from The University of Texas at Austin.
