Stephanie Wilkinson is the Head of Client Services Strategy & Planning, where they lead efforts to ensure the overall health of the Client Services operating model for a large organization. They previously served as the VP, RC Strategy and Functional Effectiveness Leader at Fidelity Investments, focusing on strategic direction and delivering national solutions. Stephanie's extensive experience at Fidelity includes various leadership roles that emphasize customer and associate experience improvements. They hold an MBA from the University of New Hampshire, alongside a BS in Interdisciplinary Mathematics and studies in Physical Therapy from the University of Connecticut. Stephanie has received multiple awards for excellence in leadership and team achievements throughout their career.
