Sunil Raj is a highly experienced professional in the field of Genesys solutions, currently serving as a Sr. Genesys Cloud Developer at Fidelity Investments since June 2024. With a career spanning over a decade, Sunil has held key positions, including Principal PS Consultant at Genesys, where responsibilities included cloud migrations and routing development.
