Valentine Foti

Valentine Foti is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the finance and consulting industries. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Customer Insights and Experience at Fidelity Investments, Valentine has been instrumental in enhancing the integrated experience for individual investors since January 2005. Previous roles include Vice President of Marketing and Strategy at Fidelity, where Valentine achieved significant net flow growth and developed strategic initiatives for client engagement. Prior to this, Valentine was a Partner at Monitor Group, specializing in strategy consulting across various sectors, including life sciences and manufacturing. Additional experiences include key financial roles at Boston Consulting Group, Organizational Dynamics, and Deloitte & Touche. Valentine holds an MBA in Strategy, Marketing, and Finance from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and History from Bowdoin College.
