Wanbing Zhang, PhD, is a UX researcher and cognitive scientist with over eight years of experience in leading human research in cognitive psychology, resulting in more than 25 publications and conference presentations. Currently, they serve as a Senior UX Researcher at Fidelity Investments, having previously held positions as Lead UX Researcher at Earth Hero and UX Researcher for the Municipal Technology Committee in Southborough. Wanbing's academic background includes a PhD and MA in Cognitive Psychology from Brandeis University and a BS from the University of Minnesota, where they graduated magna cum laude. Their extensive research experience encompasses various methodologies, and they are recognized for bridging insights between UX design and cognitive science.
