Whitney Whelan

Whitney Whelan is an HR strategy and program management leader with over 15 years of experience in empowering teams and enhancing employee experiences. Currently serving as the Director of Client Experience Strategy and Planning at Fidelity Investments, Whitney supports strategic initiatives and executive reporting. Previously at Fidelity, Whitney held various roles, including Regional Leadership Office Director and Senior Pricing Analyst. An MBA graduate from Southern New Hampshire University, Whitney’s education also includes a BS in Management/Law from Bentley University and studies in Bio-Chemistry and Writing at Ithaca College.
