Wileen Kao

Wileen Kao is a seasoned communications strategist and design professional who specializes in building connections between thought leadership and impactful projects. They have held various roles, including Landscape Architect at Landworks Studio, Inc. and Associate Principal at Bishop Land Design, LLC, where they established and trained teams while managing significant design projects. Wileen served as a Lecturer in Sustainable Urban Environments at Northeastern University, developing interdisciplinary curricula aimed at enhancing design communication skills in students. Recently, they have taken on the role of Digital Workplace Senior Manager for Marketing and Communications at Fidelity Investments, focusing on strategic communications and transformations within the organization. Wileen earned a Master of Landscape Architecture from Harvard University Graduate School of Design and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, Media Arts & Sciences from Wellesley College.
