Zelma Cordero

Zelma Cordero is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data consulting, project management, and technology leadership. Currently serving as VP of Data Consulting at Fidelity Investments since August 2013, Cordero leads a technology group to enhance benefits administration for Workplace clients. Previous roles include Director of Software Engineering and Release Train Engineer, with a focus on aligning team capabilities with strategic business objectives. Cordero has held senior project management positions at Corridor Consulting and Analog Devices, where responsibilities included managing technology deployments and development teams. Early career experience spans technical roles at Microsoft and network administration at Synetics Corporation and Inc. Magazine. Cordero holds an MS in Engineering Management from Northeastern University and a BS in Computer Engineering from the Universidad de Puerto Rico.
